What’s Good Miami Beach interviews Paula Pearson-Tucker, Founder of Fore Life, Inc., a local Miami non-profit that helps vulnerable youth from underserved communities survive and succeed.

Mentoring and building kids’ characters with golfing for the last 23 years, Paula Pearson-Tucker uses her skills to empower young people from the black community to embrace golf. She is the Founder and Executive Director of Fore Life, Inc. a not-for-profit organization she founded with Football Hall of Fame, Lawrence Taylor. Fore Life, Inc. uses golf and its decision-making skills to help vulnerable youth from underserved communities survive and succeed.

After a lost 2020 season due to COVID-19, the annual Lawrence Taylor Celebrity Golf Weekend is back bigger and better than ever. The sold out event will support the Fore Life, Inc. organization.
The LT Throwback Celebrity Golf Weekend has supported the Fore Life, Inc. organization since 2009. The not-for-profit organization uses the game of golf as a character builder for vulnerable youth ranging in age from 5 to 18. The mission is to empower youth to survive and succeed through the use of decision-making and social skills learned through the game of golf.

Fore Life, Inc. of Lauderhill continues to mentor and educate South Florida’s youth through lessons learned from the sport of golf. One of those prized pupils is 10-year-old Patrick Pinkney. He has accumulated over 30 tournament victories in a career that started at age 4 when he became a member at Fore Life, Inc.
